hi sunday, woke up early, did some housekeeping and went to the mall to buy some sanitary and stuff. 3days left included today. i am off for my break. i feel nervous like usual. flying alone isn't so bad. as this is not my first time. uncountable times. longer hour flight should be fine. at least media entertainment provided on board.

its been quite some time i didn't consume alcoholic drinks. my favourite , would be the beers. i quit for some reason. i need to work out a lot after i had beers. i do not have much chance to work out. so i chose to quit them. i do miss the session at holland village.

i reduced the frequency of star buck-ing,coffee bean-ing, mc-cafe-ing or kopi-o -ing. first of all, i feel better with the decaf coffee. secondly, a cuppa coffee cost a pack of decaf coffee grounds. where , i can have about 30 cups for a pack of decaf coffee. in order to fulfil the dosage of caffeine that my body can take and budgeting.i enjoy brewing and sipping at home.

i was sorting photos to send for developing. and i found this to share. i do really look like a dumb dumb.mum is the photographer. i pose and she just snap. picture was taken in krabi, thailand July 2009. summer approaching. fellow friends is organising a beach girl trip soon.

i am heading to Seremban showroom tomorrow. slightly long hour driving than usual. gotta be a tiring day .
