this was then. i am a fanatic of backstreet boys ermm.... since their first album. thus, i grew up listening to oldies and i am still listening. .. everlasting musics : D. back then, ive been saving, just to buy anything related to them. i don't know where i get the trills and drive me to starve myself and buy all that. So, i spent rm2 on a cheese bun for a week, the cheese bun in a packet, 5 in it, each day one. i saved $1.50 everyday up to rm15. i'll be able to buy a smash hits magazine. when i'm 19, finished STPM examination. mum told me, she is going to get a bedroom set for us, all the while, we just have a mattress and a cupboard. i was like ' wow' time for me to do something to the room again. so i've picked a summer colour, yellow, i think it blend well with woody furniture. perhaps i like the classic ambiance : D and thought it may be a safe tone.
So, i took off all the posters. i keep it in a box, behind my house. oneday, rain heavily, drain overflow and flood washed them away, i shall say all my $$$$$ gone. what i left, is the VHS tape of their concerts, cassettes and cds. i don't craze so much on idols anymore. by the way, i had a fun teens life...those are not that important anymore.
this is now. we had moved to new home. lesser things. though, i am an interior designer, i still love the classic way of doing it, not so much of built-in, emphasize on deco. 3 major things ive done, parquet flooring, color painted wall and plaster ceiling.the minimum budget to achieve maximum result [ at least i think it is ] ...mum loves timber finishing. most of the furniture were in timber laquered finishes except settee. i wouldn't want a wooden settee in the living. sigh ~i miss my room. so comfy ~ guess now it all covered in canvas and not occupied.
