its a long day for me , free lecture again, and i am told what to do. they suppose to follow my instruction. i felt intrupted and . i don't know those who work for 15 yrs is really something. do i have to listen to her ? sometimes she has her point, but its my job, i need to hand-in my assignment.i don't care .things remain unchanged otherwise, noted impromtu changes. its really hard to satisfy all parties. my superior, my manager, my boss, the sales execs, the sales managers, public and MYSELF. its different from designing a home for one home owner and live with your design for years.

For your current role, you will need to listen to all parties always but with selective hearing. U know what I mean right ! It is not hard.... just need a bit of EQ
