the first msg i received from Lynn Gan after i log in to MSN, she informed me that she has left and back to hometown. so sweet...we keep in touch often now after she bought a laptop and internet connection at home. 2nd day of exhaustion. i reduced one general worker today of his performance. i am not satisfy with his work performance yesterday for showing his lack of willingness / anger. i'm not sure, if its okay for a junior to tell a senior /him as a friend, don't get mad over small matter. its a team work. he should know his job responsibility, be alerted, listen and aware. when it is not up to my expectation, i will pissed off, and report their job performance.

i was shooting while waiting for them to fix the cabinet that left by another men who send in delivery from HQ. they just left and leave the remaining for us to finish it. it took 2 hours to do. really time consuming.
