How do you justify happiness ?

Whenever I am questioned about my happiness? I would answer; LIKE HOW?
For me, happiness is not easy to achieve. I would often feel very happy with the small tiny event and get very upset over extravaganza that I did not expect. 

You don't quantify your own personal value in life. For instance, the number of family members, you have. How many luxury items you own. How many properties you manage to invest in. 

Should you even question people about, a person who are passionate in themselves, setting up a "label" of themselves, a character that makes them invested in a large volume of pleasurable items seem by others. 

or 

Should you even question people who have nothing but the time they invested in their family and they don't have friends, and it seems like they don't have a life that you find it extremely pervert life.  


I mean, everybody came with a different set of upbringing, background, environment, culture, it all impacts the set of mindset built in the brain.

In fact, the great Greek philosopher Aristotle once said, “Give me a child until he is 7 and I will show you the man.” I was too proven in science. I could remember how the adult says impact my life. 

For myself, when I feel peaceful, I am happy.
